Pet Policy
Bahía del Duque is a dog-friendly hotel. Therefore, we welcome you and your pet and hope you have a happy holiday with us.
We want you and all of our other customers to enjoy your stay, so please note the following:
- We make pet sets available to you upon request.
- Maximum weight allowed: 10 kg.
- Only one pet per room is allowed.
- Your pet must be on a leash when on hotel premises unless it is in your room.
- Pets are not allowed in the hotel’s bars, lounges, or restaurants. Likewise, they cannot be in the gyms or mini-club.
- Pets may be on the terrace/outside of bars, lounges, and restaurants provided they are in their carrying case and under the supervision of their owners.
- You may walk your pet around the exterior areas of the hotel provided it is always on a leash. The following areas are excluded: swimming pools, sun decks and Bahía Wellness Retreat.
- When in your room, your pet must always be accompanied. Should you wish, you may hire animal care and accompaniment service by getting in touch with the Club House.
- If you need any type of hygiene item for your pet, please contact the Club House.
- Thank you for duly informing us of any damage that your pet causes in the room or the hotel’s common areas. Likewise, we remind you that these incidents will be your responsibility.
- We ask that you please monitor and control any behaviours that may be bothersome for other guests (such as barking) in order to ensure that everyone is able to relax.
- All pets must always be under adult supervision.
The aim of these rules is to ensure that everyone can enjoy our facilities on their holidays. If they are not respected, management reserves the right to cancel service provision to the pet’s owners.
